I'm Adrian, a culinary professional with roots tracing back to the picturesque shores of Spain's Costa Brava. Raised in a charming fishing village nestled amidst mountainous terrain, my childhood was a fusion of oceanic delights and the comforting aromas of traditional family recipes.

My journey in hospitality commenced at the age of 14, where I immersed myself in the world of seafood cuisine in a restaurant overlooking the sea. Subsequently, I expanded my expertise in a family-run pizzeria, mastering the art of pasta and wood-fired oven techniques.

Over the years, I embarked on a culinary odyssey across Europe, refining my craft in esteemed establishments across France, Portugal, Norway, the Canary Islands, and ultimately Australia. It was in Australia where I discovered my passion for Mediterranean cuisine and tapas, honing my skills in a renowned restaurant.
